2. Image Processing

Your uploaded images are processed in real-time and are NOT stored on our servers. Images are immediately discarded after processing is complete. We do not retain, analyze, or use your images for any purpose other than providing the sharpening service.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate ImgSharer:

3.1 Image Processing

  • Replicate API: Processes your uploaded images for enhancement and upscaling
  • Data handling: Images are sent to Replicate's servers, processed in real-time, and immediately discarded. No images are stored by Replicate or ImgSharer

3.2 Payment Processing

  • Creem: Handles all payment transactions, billing information, and subscription management for paid features
  • Data collected: Email address, payment method, billing address (collected and stored by Creem, not ImgSharer)
  • Privacy policy: https://www.creem.io/privacy

3.3 Analytics (Optional)

  • Google Analytics: Used only if NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_MEASUREMENT_ID is configured
  • Data collected: Anonymous usage statistics, page views, device information
  • Cookies: Only essential cookies for functionality; no third-party tracking cookies
  • You can opt out of analytics through our cookie consent banner

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use minimal cookies for essential functionality only. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
